• All deliveries are made by USPS for orders. All orders have the option of choosing shipping carriers at checkout for a faster delivery time.

  • All orders placed before 12 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) on a business day for international orders or 12 pm PST for US orders will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will ship out the following business day.

  • Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 1-10 business days (depending on the shipment destination). Tracking is included, but delivery date is not guaranteed.


*Please note due to the high demand during busy sale periods delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times.



When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also be able to track the status of your delivery at any time by logging into your MoMac account on-line.



We use USPS to ship all international orders, and they usually take between 2-15 to arrive, depending on how long it takes to clear customs. Please review Duties & Taxes for important information about additional charges that may be incurred for international orders.

USPS offer affordable and proven international delivery service to many countries with a delivery time ranging from 2 business days up to 15, depending on the country, but the delivery date is not guaranteed.



Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with US export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.


We stand by the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. For returns, please contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number. Include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) Please provide us with a detailed reason for your return.

  • We only accept returns with original packaging. 

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

  • For damaged products, please send a picture and explanation for the damaged items to Subject to our review, you may be eligible for an exchange at no additional cost.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-routed or undelivered shipments and/or those seized by Customs. Items shipped to an improper or incorrect address is not our responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for duplicate orders. Duplicate orders are subject to all the terms in this Return Policy.

  • If you refuse a package, you accept full responsibility for any material and immaterial costs associated with the refusal. This may include, without limitation to, lost or misrouted items.
